If you wear eyelash extensions, they must be removed no less than one week prior to your eyeliner appointment. You may get them put back after your eyeliner is healed.
No eyelash growth serums!! If you use it daily for months you will need to be off of it 6 months before having your eyeliner done because your eyelids will be too thin and sensitive and it will cause bleeding, bruising, and possible migration.
No retinols on face one month before. Especially Retin-a or Trentinoin.
No antibiotics or steroid medication 2 weeks before. The ink will not stay.
No chemical peels or microdermabrasion facials one month before.
Do not wear any eye makeup to your appointment
RECOMMENDATION: Taking Benadryl before your appointment is a good idea, it will help with watery eyes and will also relax you if your anxious.
