The $50 booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE & cannot be transferred to another person or to another booked appointment.
You have 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Scroll to the bottom of your confirmation email and click the reschedule button. If you fail to reschedule within the 48 hour window you will have to rebook with new $50 booking fee.
If you cancel an appointment and book a new appointment with a new booking fee- the old booking fee is not transferred to the total.
You can reschedule one time then the $50 booking fee expires and you will need to book a new appointment.
NO SHOWS- If you fail to respond to the confirmation emails and texts messages and do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a NO SHOW fee which is 100% of the total cost of the service.
Late policy-
If you’re more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule depending on my schedule that day & you will be charged a FEE of $100 for the missed appointment . Thank you for understanding.
